Nose: A huge hit of cinder toffee is followed by a fruity blast: toffee apples, ripe pears and roasted banana. Hints of waxy woody polish build to old oak tables, although spread with bowls of fruit. Toffee notes
continue to dominate, with fudge and tablet coming in from behind.
Palate: Intensely sweet and creamy to start – sweetened whipped cream swirled with vanilla sauce. Darker toffee notes develop, with hints of char, sharp apples and spicy notes of hot cinnamon and black
Finish: The hot spice fades away to reveal vanilla toffee and softly spicy oak.
